President of Ghana Premier League side Samartex FC Mr Richard Duah Nsenkyire has praised the continues investment in the various sectors of the club as the driving force to its current success in the Ghana Premier League, and future development programs.
Speaking at press conference organized by the club to before the resumption of the second round of the Ghana Premier league, Mr Nsenkyire maintained that, the club have invested in critical areas to ensure the ambition and greatness of the club is sustained “We have invested in critical areas to make sure the club’s ambition and greatness can be sustained”
Mr Nsenkyore stressed that the club pumped most of its resources into infrastructure which saw the uplifting of the Nsenkyire Sports area, the Academy house which includes a 36 room hostel, a tv room, dinning hall, a modern Gymnasium, and a mini pitch. He added that the club has developed 2 training pitches, a hostel for the ladies team, and the youth teams.
The club president further added that the club has completed its foundation project, and now look forward to the next level of the clubs mission. “Today, we are delighted to announce the completion of a robust foundation upon which the club is now prepared to soar, our senior team is actively participating in the Ghana premier league. We have also established a youth team that serves as the primary source of talent for the senior squad”
Samartex FC are currently leading the Ghana Premier League Table after a sterling first round display that say them win 10 out of the 17 matches, the club remains the only side with 100% home record having won all homes games, and conceding just 2 goals.
Samartex begins the second round of the league away to Aduana Stars on Monday February 26, 2024
