Ghana’s relay team has secured an automatic qualification for the semi-finals of the 4×100 metre race at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after being part of the 16 countries to have qualified from the World Relay Championship in Bahamas in May this year.
The Ghanaian Quartet who were part of a 14 group of Nations that qualified at the World Relay Championship in Bahamas will be joined by the Netherlands and Brazil for the Semi Final stage in Paris.
Ghana will be joined by World leaders USA, World and Olympic Games record holders Jamaica, others are Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Liberia, Nigeria, and South Afirca,
The Semi Finals is set for August 8 at 11:35am with the final on August 9 at 19:45GMT the evening
