The President of FC Samartex 1996, Dr. Richard Nsenkyire, has called for his team to pick itself up after getting eliminated from the CAF Champions League.
The Ghana Premier League champions hosted Raja Casablanca of Morocco in the first leg of the competition at Samartex Park, Takwa which ended in 2 goals draw.
As their first ever game in the CAF Champions League, FC Samartex aimed to advance in the preliminary stage of the competition, but the return leg denied their intention as Raja Casablanca beat FC Samartex by two goals to nill 2:0 in Morocco.
The director of FC Samartex, Dr. Richard Nsenkyire has therefore motivated his boys even after they have been eliminated from the CAF Champions League campaign, to pick it up and improve themselves in Ghana Premier League 2024-25 season.
